When beginning a mindfulness practice just start where you are as a first step towards becoming more familiar with your mind activity.

What happened when you did this?
You may have noticed that even when you decided to ‘do nothing’, thinking occurs and you quickly seem to get caught up in future or past orientated stories, day dreams etc. – the possibilities are unlimited!
